今回発売される「ゴードン・W・プランゲ文庫：雑誌コレクション」総目録は、メリーランド大学と国立国会図書館が共同で編纂したデータベースをもとに作成された、これまでにない詳細なガイドです。この目録には、同文庫に所蔵される13,783もの雑誌ひとつひとつの出版者、編集者、発行部数、出版地といった情報がまとめられています。都道府県別索引、分野別索引では、それぞれの雑誌のタイトルを一覧することができます。これまで手の届きにくかった「プランゲ文庫雑誌コレクション」の全容をお確かめください。
A multi-volume Guide to the Gordon W. Prange Magazine Collection, now available, will lead you to explore unknown details of the 13,783 titles of the Prange Magazine Collection for the first time. The Guide, compiled by the University of Maryland and the National Diet Library, will provide you with detailed information including the publisher, editor, frequency of the magazine, circulation and censorship status, etc. It also includes a geographical breakdown by prefecture and an index by subject. The Guide will also be available on CD-ROM (Japanese operating required).
