スコットランド民事控訴院は、スコットランドの民事事件を扱う最高裁判所で

第一審裁判所と控訴裁判所を兼ねている。エディンバラ州議事堂の一箇所だけ

にあります。本判例集の我国における所蔵は極めて少ないものです。
